The 1 Day Movement works 1 day, then you have to pull on the chains until the weights are up. The size of the clock - 28 cm (11.2") - refers only to the clock, without pendulum and weights.

Cuckoo Clock Journey

As someone who grew up in the northern region of the Black Forest, the cuckoo clock held a constant presence in my life. During my year as a German exchange student in the United States in 1996, I discovered that Americans also held a fondness for these clocks. Upon returning to Germany after completing high school, I sought out the best cuckoo clock manufacturers in the Black Forest and began selling cuckoo clocks on eBay, effectively becoming one of the first cuckoo clock sellers on the internet in 1999. It was an incredible experience considering my very young age, and thus began my journey in the cuckoo clock industry.

How is a cuckoo clock packed?

We received a lot of questions, about the packaging of the cuckoo clock. Every cuckoo clock is perfectly packed for shipment. There are always 2 boxes: Inner Box with foam which is adjusted to every cuckoo clock and an outer box. This way we make sure no cuckoo clock will be damaged through shipping.

SHIPPING

Standard DHL Shipping time is 2-4 days. Price varies depending on the clock value and the weight. Clock value above 750 USD is free shipping. Below 750 USD is as low as 30 USD.

Express Shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL Express depending on the daily prices) is offered during checkout and depends on the weight of the clock (short said, the more expensive the clock, the bigger the clock and the more weight has the package) Shipping time is 2 days.

RETURNS

You can return any cuckoo clock withing 90 days (what we basically never have)

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Every package we sent out is insured, to make sure nothing happens and if, everything is taken care off.

All Cuckoo Clocks have a 2 year warranty. Nobody ever had to use this warranty, which shows the high quality of the clocks.
